What is your service area?

We proudly serve Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Hardeeville, Ridgeland, Beaufort, Savannah and surrounding areas.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes!  With valid ID, we proudly offer a 10% discount to military, first responders and teachers.  Offer subject to availability of units.

What type of venues do you serve?

We can accommodate all types of special events including birthday parties, holiday parties, graduation parties, weddings, school parties, lawn fetes, church parties, company picnics, festivals, community events, family reunions, and more.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  All rentals require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking (cash or credit card).  See our rain policy for exceptions.

If paying with cash, please have the exact amount of money available as we cannot make change onsite.

What if rains on the day of my party?

In the event of inclement weather, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the rental without loss of deposit  Likewise, HHI Bounce House reserves the right to cancel the rental, in its sole discretion, without penalty, if weather presents or creates unsafe conditions.

Cancellations for any other reason will result in a loss of the deposit.

What surfaces can the inflatables be set up on?

Inflatables can be setup on grass, asphalt, concrete and dirt.  No rocks, gravel or sharp surfaces please.


Are we required to sign a contract and a waiver?

Yes.  All customers are required to sign a written contract, which includes a waiver and safety instructions.

What form(s) of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or credit card.  If paying with cash, please have the exact amount available as we cannot make change onsite.

Do inflatables have to stay plugged-in all the time?

Yes.  Our blowers will keep the units inflated from setup to take down.  Once unplugged, the units will deflate.  A power source is required nearby to plug the unit it.  We provide the power cords/extension cords as part of the setup.

If there is no power nearby, a generator can be rented for an additional fee.

What if my party is in a public park?

We can accommodate parties in public parks but it is the responsibility of the renter to ensure (i) that electric/power is available to inflate the unit (or arrange to rent a generator through our company), and (ii) that any necessary or required permits, licenses or permissions are obtained prior to the event.

What if I experience an issue with the inflatable during our party?

If you experience any type of issue with any of our equipment please contact us immediately.

When do you setup the inflatable?

We generally setup and test the unit 1-3 hours prior to your event.
